Recovery is a journey of reclaiming your mental, spiritual, and physical strength. At She Strong Services, we provide Peer Recovery Coaches who offer non-judgmental support, lived experience, and a roadmap to a healthier life. Whether you are navigating substance use, mental health challenges, or a major life transition, a coach is here to help you find your way back to you.
A Recovery Coach is not a therapist or a doctor. They are a mentor and an advocate who helps you:
Create a Personalized Plan: Set holistic goals for your mind, body, and spirit.
Navigate Resources: Connect with detox, housing, or healthcare services.
Build Resilience: Develop the "Woman Life Skills" needed to maintain long-term stability.
Stay Accountable: Provide a consistent, supportive "check-in" to celebrate your wins and navigate obstacles.
Submit a Request: Fill out the confidential form.
The Match: A member of Justina’s team will review your needs and match you with a coach who fits your journey.
The Connection: Your coach will reach out for an initial "Meet & Greet" to see if it’s a good fit.
The Journey: Begin meeting regularly (in-person or virtually) to work toward your goals.
If you are in immediate danger or witnessing a medical emergency, please call 911.
If you are struggling and need someone to talk to immediately, these resources are free, confidential, and available 24/7:
Crisis Text Line: Text HOME to 741741 to connect with a Crisis Counselor.
National Suicide & Crisis Lifeline: Call or text 988.
National Substance Use Helpline (SAMHSA): Call 1-800-662-HELP (4357) for treatment referrals and info.
National Domestic Violence Hotline: Call 1-800-799-SAFE (7233) or text "START" to 88788.
You are not alone. There is a whole community ready to hold space for you.
